February is American Heart Month.
According to the American Heart Association, heart disease is the number one killer of women. Every year, 1 in 3 deaths are caused by heart disease.
That’s approximately one woman every minute.
The good news?
Heart disease can often be prevented by making healthy choices and managing health conditions.
